There is more and more to do to ensure ongoing business – and at the same time there is increasing pressure to transform exactly that. The question is: How can leadership be designed in such a way that it becomes a driver and not a bottleneck of transformation? That the managers are not only “taken along”, but actively drive the development themselves across departments? Experience with agile methods has been gained – “doing agile” is no longer completely foreign. But how can “being agile”, the principles and values, be integrated even more strongly into the leadership of your organisation?

“Leadership in Transformation” is an expedition on which we fundamentally rethink leadership based on specific leadership challenges from your everyday life and develop new strategies and solutions together.
