Our goal is to build up the competences in your house and to make you independent of our consulting. In other words, we support you so that you can continue to drive forward your transformation independently.

We act according to the maxim of giving impulses, but leaving the responsibility for the specific development of the content with you. Impulses can be theories, models, products and exercises for the development of a basic understanding and the further development of the mindset. But also tools or examples from other companies. It is important for us to always leave enough room for critical discussion and reflection. We also like to network our clients with each other in order to learn from each other.

We live agility and self-organisation ourselves every day in our company. With all the beautiful sides – and the pains.

But we don’t adhere to any particular method; we want to help you and your company to become more agile on the market. To do this, we look at each company individually, how it works, what its business model is, in which ecosystem it operates and what it is striving for.

We work almost exclusively with senior consultants who have gained a lot of their own experience in agility and agile transformations.

We continue to train individually and collectively and regularly reflect on each other to promote personal growth. In this way, we invest a lot in becoming better people and counsellors and always support you in your transformation with the latest models, examples and theories.

We develop our models with the support of our scientific advisory board: Prof. Dr. Stephan Fischer. The dean of the consecutive Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (M. Sc.) at Pforzheim University has been head of the “Business meets Science” event series since 2011 and director of the Institute for Human Resources Research at Pforzheim University since 2012. And it is not without reason that he was named one of the “40 Leading HR Minds” by Personalmagazin three times in a row in 2015, 2017 and 2019.
