The idea

Do you know this situation: The meeting was scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. and now you are still sitting together at 11:30 a.m. without noticing any usable result?

We have experienced this time and again for a variety of reasons. This gave rise to the idea of developing a playful card set with which we could better structure and focus our meetings and thus increase our degree of self-responsibility and organisation. The Pioneers Navigator was born!

In the process, we experimented a lot, talked to clients and incorporated various experiences.

We finally agreed on 13 statements/motifs that we consider important and helpful for many meetings. They are statements such as:

Psst! (Pay attention to the whole group. Individual conversations are distracting!) or.
Customer perspective (What would our customer say)

are included.

Each team member receives a set and can show one of the motifs high up if necessary to raise the group’s awareness of it (maximum for 10 team members per set). The first time, it is advisable to familiarise yourself with the cards first. In the course of time, you may find that you only need five of the 13 cards permanently. This is also left to the team’s own responsibility.
