After studying computer science with a minor in psychology, Steffen started as an IT consultant at a leading management consultancy. In international consulting projects, he designed and implemented complex solutions as a software developer with a focus on internal communication platforms for networking and collaboration. It was here that he discovered his passion for customer- and solution-oriented work.

Driven by the desire to do things differently, more meaningfully and better, he founded his own software and consulting company. As the international team grew, the initial basic principles became more and more important: motivating and empowering all colleagues to actively participate; encouraging new ideas of collaboration and thinking in terms of possibilities; and enabling autonomy and personal responsibility in decision-making. During this time, Steffen developed himself in many areas and gained exciting experience in holistic organisational development. Later, he also worked intensively on issues of agile organisational development and new organisational structures as a freelance consultant to companies.
