Irina Zimmerer

Irina has worked in various HR positions for many years, both as a generalist and as a manager. She knows what it means to accompany transformations, especially in international organisations and in an intercultural context. Her strengths lie in her people-centred approach to change processes, where she can apply her extensive experience from over 20 years of working in HR.

With what she describes as a naturally agile mindset, it was only a matter of time for her to dedicate herself entirely to the subject of agility. She has been able to obtain deeper insights into the agile world in recent years as part of major projects in the areas of digitalisation and redesigning HR processes. As a systemic and agile coach, she advises and supports organisations and teams as well as individuals on their path to self-organisation.

As a Management Consultant, Irina has been part of the HR crew at HR Pioneers since 2023.

She is a firm believer that people want to actively shape changes that affect them and that many small steps are more valuable than one big leap. She enjoys supporting her clients in questioning collective ways of thinking and breaking down ingrained patterns in order to develop a new, more agile way of thinking in a collective effort.
