Inka Philipp

Inka first came into contact with agile projects as a project manager for digital media projects immediately after graduation. She went through the journey from “Doing Agile” to “Being Agile” first-hand: initially in an isolated Scrum project team to ultimately becoming the manager of a pilot team within the company transformation. During this process, she discovered her passion for agility, leadership and organisational development. Most recently, as an internal agile coach, she has been supporting various teams and managers in the transformation of a medium-sized family business. Her focus has been on the introduction of adopting Holacracy structures and OKR as well as coaching leaders and facilitating internal communication of the transformation.

She consolidated her practical experience with a qualification as an agile coach. Communication is a common thread running through Inka’s CV. While studying media economics and journalism as well as communication and media management, she gained her first experiences in the communication departments of international corporations. This made her realise how valuable connecting departments with each other and breaking away from silos can be. Inka has been part of HR Pioneers as an Agile Management Consultant since 2023, where she contributes her many years of experience as an agile coach. Her focus lies on supporting agile transformations. She is driven by a passion for a revolution in the working world in which people meet at eye level and genuinely live the agile values and principles.
