About Gabriele Dreilich
Gabriele spent many years in various HR functions, including at Telekom. During this time, she got to know what transformation means: from an HR organisation with generalist HR officers to the HR BP model to the agile HR organisation – Gabriele has personally experienced everything and has increasingly helped to shape the HR organisation in responsible roles. She has been a senior HR BP herself, has worked at both national and international level and finally took over the project management for the agile transformation of HR at T-Systems. She has been familiar with agile working methods and structures since 2014, when the need for a different way of working suddenly came into play with Scrum & Co in a newly founded unit and this also had to be negotiated with works councils, among others.
Before that, she was active in extracurricular education work and besides the fact that she was already working hard on changes in schools and youth work back then, the migration between worlds as well as the broadening of horizons was always very important to her.
Gabriele has been an HR expert in the HR Pioneers team since 2022. She is particularly passionate about transformations, when things “no longer fit” and when clients feel that something needs to change. It is important to her to get to the bottom of the ‘pain’ side by side with the client.
She is convinced that organisational structures and the talking, behaviour and thinking of people in that organisation are mutually dependent and that it takes a view of the whole to achieve a desired change – which is more than a ‘band-aid’ – in a sustainable way. It is important to her to implement the changes with a sense of proportion and in a way that makes sense together with the client.
She enjoys constantly working on change – but not just for herself: it is important to her to promote an innovative corporate culture in which everyone develops together.
