About Eva Radermacher
As a cultural economist with an MBA and systemic consultant for change management and organizational development, she has a great passion for both soft and tangible people topics. Eva first got to know HR work in companies in various industries, including Allianz, IHK and PwC, as an HR developer, talent & performance manager and HR consultant.
Fascinated and carried away by the enthusiasm of the agile community, she herself started to look at HR and organizational development topics from a different perspective. The more she became involved with agile values and content, the more she was convinced: HR must play a decisive role in accompanying transformation processes. And the HR role itself must also change in order to remain an accepted partner in a modern organization.
Eva joined the internal HR team as People Manager in July 2022. The scope of her work is broad, ranging from recruiting and onboarding to ongoing support for colleagues on all people-related issues within the organization.
