After graduating with a degree in psychology, Dorothea gained experience in various agencies and consultancies. For over 15 years, she accompanied national and international strategy and development processes in various organizations and industries, from young start-ups to associations and family-run SMEs to global corporations. Clients particularly appreciate her analytical powers of observation and her focus on solutions.
Dorothea is deeply committed to her humanistic and systemic approach and places people, whether as consumers, employees or managers, at the center of her thoughts and actions. From her own experience, Dorothea knows that change projects require commitment and patience in order to be effective in the long term.
Dorothea’s focus at HR Pioneers is on agile transformations and supporting agile teams. She advises and supports people with passion and sensitivity on their agile learning and development journey and in complex change processes.
She is passionate about designing people-centric organizations and work cultures that promote individual and collective growth and increase productivity and efficiency as well as work and life satisfaction.
