Short description

Initiatives in the transformation process lose momentum, become tough and you had hoped for more effectiveness. You know that for specific, tangible results you increasingly have to work on mindset and culture. But up to now, this has mainly been an appeal and has failed to have a lasting effect and a resilient commitment. “Being agile” is difficult to get a grip on. Simply introducing it is not possible and you feel insecure with regard to sensible procedures and “tools”. So how do you create a tailwind instead of a headwind for your transformation?
