For Viktoria, it was already clear in her childhood that she would like to pursue a profession in which she does something for humanity, in which she can support with her knowledge. For this reason, she decided to study clinical psychology. After a few semesters, she discovered the study of business psychology for herself, as she is particularly interested in the well-being of people in a work context. She is particularly enthusiastic about the subject area of personnel and organisational psychology. Already during her studies, she familiarised herself with classic HR processes as well as agile structures and had the desire to learn more about agile ways of working. That’s when she came across HR Pioneers.

Originally trained as a graphic and object design assistant, Viktoria also lives out her creativity in her free time and likes to design things. She is also very close to nature and loves to explore forests and mountains.
