About Vera Termühlen-Enger
Vera Termühlen-Enger was born in Berlin and loves to discover the world and different cultures together with her husband and son and to experience small and big adventures. When she is not travelling, she can be found in Berlin Köpenick swimming in the Dahme river or chilling with friends on the terrace.
Her leadership experience has taught her to balance human and business needs in transformations. She is a certified systemic business coach and organisation designer. Her purpose in one sentence: “I love to craft empowerment for executives in HR and their transformations to succeed an ambitious change within an agile world.”
For over 13 years, Vera has led large and small teams in various industries through transformation and change as an HR leader. In the last 7 years in particular, she has brought and implemented her passion for future-proof HR approaches in technology-focused companies. Vera can now always be found where there are big challenges, working with teams on the ground to make the impossible possible and turn big, heavy chunks into appetising morsels. She gets energy from working with teams that strive for development, progress and growth. It activates creative thought processes and creates the framework for strong decisions as a basis for profound, sustainable and concrete approaches to solutions in transformation projects.
