Dr.-Ing. Stefan Link

Dr.-Ing. Stefan Link, PhD in computer science, born 1978, Hamburg by choice, married with 2 children, sees himself as a digital native, agile leader and enabler of network organisations. As founder and partner of the expert network Scalamento – scaling your momentum, he supports companies and their teams in their digital and/or agile transition. He is currently CTO of FFG Finanzcheck Finanzportale GmbH in Hamburg and was previously COO of Bauer Xcel Media in Germany. The focus was also on the transformation of the organisation into an agile company that operates digital, media and scalable products for over 60 million visitors per month. In other positions, he was responsible for international IT strategy as CTO at Mondia Media Group GmbH, a global media company. The main focus was on the music streaming service Ampya for Pro7/Sat1 (today taken over by Deezer) or the complete outsourcing for large telco companies such as Vodafone or o2.
