About Nora Rühmann
After her doctorate in business administration and an exciting period managing research and consulting projects at the FIR in Aachen, Nora’s next professional stop was SMS group GmbH, a machine and plant manufacturer for the metal industry. There she dedicated herself to the topic of innovation management. In 2016, Nora supported the spin-off of a company for digital products from the SMS group with SMS digital.
She then helped to set up and manage this unit. One of the main focuses of her work was the introduction of agile working methods. Collaboration between existing and new structures was also part of her responsibilities. Nora has been part of the HR Pioneer team since 2019.
For Nora, setting up SMS digital was the starting signal for her own transformation and the first contact with the topic of agility. She is convinced that this is not just about introducing methods such as SCRUM or Kanban, but that the necessary change in values, a positive image of people and appreciative interaction are the basis for success.
Nora supports the HR Pioneers team with this attitude. Nora brings her own experience to the transformation support of our clients and enjoys using it to make the working world better for people.
