Levi Kramp
He first came into contact with agile topics during his bachelor’s degree. His enthusiasm for agility quickly became so great that he wrote his bachelor’s thesis on the “Fears of managers during the transformation process to Scrum”. This brought him into contact with a pioneer for the first time, whom he interviewed as part of his bachelor’s thesis. After completing his bachelor’s degree, he spent two years in the working world. He also traveled to a small island in South-East Asia for three months. Far away from the familiar everyday life, in the midst of a new culture, his desire for something new, for change, grew: and he decided to study for a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization.
When he was given the opportunity to present his bachelor’s thesis at the Agile HR Conference 2023, his desire to become a pioneer himself matured. He joined our team in October 2023 and is looking forward to the exciting collaboration with all pioneers.
For me, being a Pioneer means …
„… to try out alternatives to the status quo and, with a pinch of creativity, to empower people to achieve more freedom, further development and enjoyment in their working environment.“
