About Lars Klingelhöfer
Lars knows classic companies as well as agile organisations and understands from his own CV how it feels to be “transformed”.
As a founder in the dot.com era, he gained start-up experience, led teams as a manager in globally distributed locations, worked as a product owner on various digital products / platforms in the retail, tourism and e-commerce industries and is still a “product developer by heart”.
With his experience, he supports companies in overcoming their challenges and accompanies organisations on their transition to more agility.
Lars has been part of the HR Pioneers team as an Agile Management Consultant since 2021. His focus as a pioneer is the holistic support of agile transformations.
His mission statement is to really live the agile values of focus, respect, openness, courage and commitment!
Lars is convinced that on this basis we can make organisations more resilient, companies more successful and at the same time make the working world better for every individual, step by step.
