About Jess Koch
At just 40 years of age, Jess Koch has already gained a great deal of experience at many different levels. The trained forwarding agent and qualified business and labour lawyer found his way into human resources management at the end of his studies. Through his work at the “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung” (German Association for Human Resource Management), among others, he matured into a change expert who, as head of various working groups, was at the forefront of the realignment process.
He gave the HR startup community a home at the DGFP, started his own business as a consultant for HR and startups in 2018, and joined the HR Pioneers in 2020 to shape the working world of tomorrow together with them.
