ABOUT FRANZISKA WEHNER
Even back in her student days as a business administration major at the Clausthal University of Technology, Franzi was already gaining practical Pioneer experience. At first, she provided support to the recruitment consultants and then, in a second internship, explored the challenges of the marketing department. Her subsequent studies at FOM University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, from which she graduated in 2017 while simultaneously continuing to pursue her career, strengthened her enthusiasm for marketing and communications. Her Master’s thesis examined the advantages of client integration into the product development process.
Franzi has been a member of the team since 2012 – she and Esther make up our Pioneer Marketing Team. She particularly loves organizing the Agile HR Conference. Each year, she manages to coordinate over 300 participants, speakers, and collaborators, and makes the event the highlight of the year. Along with other events, such as Agile Stars and the Pioneers Meetups, she also coordinates our public training sessions, handles our communications channels, and manages our student workers as well as our collaboration partners. With her cheerful and relaxed demeanor, she looks forward every day to tackling the diverse challenges of being a Pioneer!
