Frank Kübler holds a degree in business administration, is a shareholder of SYNK GROUP GmbH & Co. KG and CEO of Leada AG. Founded in 2015, the start-up offers the first app to digitally accompany and support managers and their employees in their everyday work. With the knowledge and experience from around 20 years of change management and leadership development, he is taking a visionary approach to digital leadership development. With the Leadership App, he is a pioneer in the implementation of Work 4.0, which enables agile leadership with real-time data and accompanies the change in values and culture in the digital transformation. Before founding the companies, he held various management positions in banks and management consultancies. His focus is on digital HR development, innovation management and sustainability in change processes.
