Eva is driven by her passion for organisational development. She discovered this during her studies while working in HR and communications at companies such as IKEA, BASF and Festo. She was fascinated by the fact that despite their diversity, organisations share similar challenges on a structural and processual level. As a sociologist, she takes a systemic view and a holistic perspective in order to understand these challenges. In the course of her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Eva explored solutions to meet organisational challenges. In addition to agility, she has intensively dealt with working in networks. Today, she is eager to put these insights into practice.
