Dorle Schmidt
Dorle has been accompanying change processes for many years. She has a particular focus on strategic communication. This perspective was mainly shaped by her versatile design studies. Here Dorle combined service design, design management and graphic design. This laid the foundation for her extensive consulting work.
Her professional career reflects this diversity. She worked as a freelance designer for various organisations and companies, for non-profit organisations, but also as a senior consultant as well as head of creation in a communications agency.
With her experience in human-centred design, she focuses on people’s needs, wishes and experiences. Together with the people involved, she creates customised strategies, communication and meeting formats that create space for development. Dorle’s strengths lie in her analytical, creative and forward-thinking approach.
She moderates workshops in the field of conception, cultural or product development in a playful, structured and, above all, very enthusiastic manner. Dorle has great confidence in team play, because she has experienced time and again how synergies can lead to excellent solutions.
Dorle has been part of the HR Pioneers team as an Agile Management Consultant since 2023. Her focus includes transformation processes, the development of communication strategies and the user-oriented development of ideas.
Her commitment is to the design of people living together – the great togetherness. She is convinced that the inner attitudes or mindset are the crucial factors – especially in the current social challenges.
