About Ann-Sophie Schletter
Ann-Sophie first came into contact with agile methods during her Franco-German studies at ESB Reutlingen. This aroused her curiosity for agility and in her bachelor’s thesis she dealt with stressors in the introduction of self-organisation in teams as part of an experimental room of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. She gained insights into the world of work both in medium-sized companies in France and in corporations in Luxembourg and Australia. Ann-Sophie initially specialised in accounting and auditing. For a Master’s degree, Ann-Sophie pursued her passion for focusing on the organisation itself and studied HR Management at Pforzheim University. In her master’s thesis, she focussed on competency models for agile coaches.
In her private life, Ann-Sophie enjoys travelling, learning languages and exchanging ideas with other cultures. She finds balance particularly in water sports and in the mountains.
Ann-Sophie has been on board as a pioneer since March 2022. Initially working as a student trainee, she joined our team of HR experts as a consultant in 2023. She supports clients in their transformations with her structured manner, her strong moderation skills and her flair for group dynamics. She specialises in agile HR and agile transformations. She wants to inspire a working world in which people meet at eye level and experience a new kind of collaboration with more agile values and principles.
