ABOUT KATI OIMANN
Early in her Psychology studies, Kati decided to focus on industrial and organizational psychology, employee development, and aptitude assessment. She completed her studies in 2009, earning a Master of Science degree. During and after her studies, she gained experience at the Cologne Institute for Management Consulting, working both in assessment centers and in the area of employee development. She is also a certified Scrum Master.
Since September 2011, Kati has been supporting our clients as they undergo agile transformations. She has developed and directed topics such as our Trafo (“transformation”) organization analysis (agile level) and also leads training sessions on lateral leadership. She particularly enjoys working with agile teams in their daily work environment. Her excellent skills of observation are put to good use in implementing agile and innovative concepts in the process of personnel selection (Agile Collaboration Day) as well as recruiting new Pioneers for our team.
