ABOUT BERND RUTZ
After Bernd earned his degree in business administration, he went on to gain experience as a personnel manager and business partner in the HR area, specializing in performance and talent management, personnel and organizational development, and employer branding. As Personnel Director and member of the executive leadership at arvato inforscore (Bertelsmann), he held responsibility for HR strategic orientation and was charged with transforming the department into a modern, efficient personnel department. During that time, he and his team were particularly involved in change management, centered around PE and OE projects, to allow them to professionally support the company’s growth from 1,000 to 4,000 employees. Bernd previously worked at Telefónica, WEB.DE and GfK. Especially in his work with the IT and Development departments at the technology companies, agile issues were a regular component of his HR projects.
Drawing on his training as a systemic consultant, he shares his experience in his role as coach and executive development expert. Bernd’s work is based on a culture of trust that he himself lives out daily. On the basis of this value system, he supports individuals and companies who seek change and continuous improvement, particularly the unfolding of effective (executive) strengths and the ability inherent therein to fully tap into the potential of both staff members and the company.
