Our Pioneers Leadership Radar provides orientation!
The feedback tool for managers is based on an online questionnaire with a total of 29 questions and takes into account the manager’s self-assessment and feedback from employees. The manager then receives a report in which the results of the self-assessment and the external image are brought together.

We developed the Pioneers Leadership Radar empirically together with our scientific advisor Prof. Dr Stephan Fischer, Head of the Institute for Human Resources Research and member of the Human Resources Competence Centre at Pforzheim University. It is based on the Pioneers 4-pillar model of leadership.
